7. Shipping & Delivery

We will attempt to deliver Products in the timeframes estimated during checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you once the Products are delivered to the shipping address.
You must inspect the delivered Products at the time of delivery and immediately report any issues (e.g. damage, missing items).

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Period: You may return Products within 7 days from the date of delivery (unless otherwise specified).
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the return is because of our error (e.g. wrong item, defective product).
Refunds will be processed once the returned Product is received and inspected. Refund amount may exclude shipping or handling charges.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement once the original item is returned and approved.
